An Elegant Coastal Wedding

An Elegant Coastal Wedding

This beautiful, coastal wedding took place in Southampton, New York. Awash with tall hedgerows, billowing hydrangeas, unspoiled beaches, and salty ocean breezes. All of these elements served as inspiration for the festivities.

The bride started her day getting ready at her parent's home with her bridesmaids while the groom and his groomsmen got dressed at the house next door.

They were married in a traditional Catholic mass in the early afternoon and were showered with rose petals in custom made cones including the custom monogram we designed for the couple.

They then headed off to the beach for portraits, which were stunning. After their ceremony they headed over the reception, which was held at the Sebanock Golf Club.

The decor included blue and white flowers - classic and gorgeous - and X-back chairs that gave the party a totally coastal look and feel. Pale blue hydrangeas, white roses, and Lisianthus made up the floral arrangements. This soft color palette gave us inspiration for the Truly Bespoke wedding invitation suite.

We designed a custom hand calligraphy duogram for the couple that is engraved in a soft dove grey. It is enveloped with a soft floral wreath that is letter pressed in pale hydrangea blue. The classic script is also engraved in  soft dove grey. These colors, lettering styles and printing techniques were carried throughout the rest of the suite and the day of papers. Everything whispered of the soft, coastal color palette.

At the end of the evening, Bride and groom, K+J exited through a tunnel of sparklers... the whole day was so magical!
