Refunds & Returns

Return for Store Credit within 10 days of purchase. All items must be returned in the same condition as purchased to be eligible for store credit, but shipping charges are not refundable. All custom and special orders as well as sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for store credit.

Custom orders are non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us immediately at 203-557-6777.

Shipping 

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and usually take between 3-5 days to be delivered.
