Your Marvelous Mitzvah
If you have a bar or bat mitzvah in your sights, first of all, mazel tov! (Get ready, you’re going to hear - and say - that a lot over the next couple of years.)
Chances are this is the first milestone celebration you’ve planned since your wedding. If someone else planned your wedding or you eloped, it might be your very first. Don’t worry! We’ve got you.
Jack's vibrant 5 color letterpress invitations with inspirational phrases are the core foundation for the branding of the event
Working with Bespoke Designs allows you to create an “event brand” that carries all the way through your big day - from a save the date to the swag. Brands are expressed visually, and a b’mitzvah is no different, except this time the brand is built around your child and your family’s aesthetic.
Is middle school too soon for sophistication? We don’t think so! This is a celebration that likely includes your family, friends and colleagues, not to mention your child’s friends and their parents, so it’s really a reflection of you. We get that it’s a balancing act: youthful themes acceptable to your soon-to-be teen, elevated style that speaks to who you are, the solemnity of the occasion and the all out joy of the party. That’s just the kind of design challenge we love!
We begin with a custom designed save the date and invitation, print or digital or both, and then continue with all the day of details. We can help you imagine everything that touches your guests, and this is where the fun begins!
We start with essential items like:
- Programs
- Escort cards
- Table numbers
- Place cards
- Napkins
Then elevate the experience with:
- Gifting stations
- Branding everything - from candy bags to basketballs
- Prizes like branded t-shirts
- Party favors like hoodies, hats, tote bags, beach towels, and so much more
Our designs help you build continuity and give guests a feeling of personal connection, energy and excitement.
Fun beverages for kids and adults. Lots of bubbles and shine on the drinks menu.
What about emotional support and being there for you every step of the way? Yep, we provide that too as we’ve walked this path many times.
Extra pro tip: if you use voice recognition on your phone, get ready for typos like “muzzle tuff” and “butt mitzvah,” both of which I’ve received by text 😂
Many synagogues set the mitzvah dates at the end of 4th grade. They know it’s not too soon to start the process. Whether you’ve got years to plan or somehow this all crept up on you and your baby suddenly looks and sounds like an adult and you’re in a rush, let’s talk.
