Derby Day Cherry Mint Juleps at Bespoke Designs
The Kentucky Derby on May 6th is a great reason for a swanky get together. Why not host a Derby Day party? Mix a batch of our Cherry Mint Juleps - another Bespoke Design exclusive from chef Caroline Fey. The race only lasts two minutes, but the party can go on as long as you like. Don’t forget your Derby hat!
Caroline's Cherry Mint Julep
- 2 oz. good Bourbon (we like @Jeffersons Bourbon)
- 1 oz. Cherry Juice (from Jack Rudy Cocktail Co Bourbon Cherries, or the maraschino cherries of your choice) and 1 cherry
- 1 large ice cube, frozen with fresh mint leaves
- fresh mint leaf to garnish
Pour the bourbon and cherry juice into a double old fashioned glass, add the ice cube and stir.
Garnish with a cherry and fresh mint leaves and enjoy!
