Thalia and Samantha's Wedding Photo Shoot

Styled shoots are fun but this shoot just featured in Love Inc. was particularly special. When marriage equality became legal in New York, Samantha and Thalia went straight to city hall and got married. Although claiming that right was major, it was still a city hall wedding. This styled shoot gave them some of the fabulous dream wedding celebration moments they didn’t have that day.

Together with our creative partners at Smitten on Paper, we designed a totally custom wedding suite that perfectly reflected the brides’ design directive: rose gold, tropical flowers and an expression of joy in the wording. At each place we did a watercolor floral with each guests’ name done in hand calligraphy in rose gold.

There was so much creative talent in the house and I was honored to work with all of them.

As the mother of two rainbow children, I felt such joy in working with these brides to celebrate their love.
