Please Be Seated - Next Level Escort Cards

When you think about the experience your guests will have at your wedding celebration, there are little touches that boost the sense of joy and connection to you.

Whether they admit it or not, at some point, every guest wonders where they will sit. And you know, everyone loves seeing their own name in print. An escort card is like a little personal invitation to please be seated.

Making that moment even more special is what we are all about. The ideas are as limitless as your imagination. At an event that is all about you, this is a touch that is all about your guests. They’re here to celebrate with you and should feel wonderfully welcomed.

When we design your invitation suite, we are already thinking about how the themes, colors and design will carry all the way through your wedding weekend. We call it “guest experience.” It's a chance for you to shower your friends and family with all the little details that tell your love story.

Sharing here a few ideas to spark your thinking. Let me know which ones you love best!

The idea of pressed flowers from the envelope liners inspired this escort card display. Just like wildflowers being picked from a field, each guest picks the hand calligraphy tag, fluttering whimsically in the early evening breeze at The Mayflower Resort & Spa

When your wedding reception is at the main New York Public Library, you'll find your escort card in the OG card catalog! Each one is a riff off the original library book cards used to check out. Raise your hand if love these as much as we do!

When the bride's name is Rose, well, we just couldn't resist creating roses in every way possible. These escort cards have laser cut roses all along the left edge. Each is tied to a bud vase filled with...roses. Take your seat, indeed.

The display of escort cards at C.V. Rich Mansion, hand calligraphy, laser cut roses on the escort cards tied to bud vases with roses. The scent of garden roses was totally romantic.

For this Castle Hill Inn wedding, the chinoiserie inspired envelope liner found its way to the escort seating display. Recolored and resized, we created wallpaper for extra drama. Hand calligraphy, in a gentle perfect arc, is just perfection...we think!

Florals, florals, florals were the vibe for the day at the The Foundry, an industrial building in Long Island City, New York. Die cut peonies, like fresh-just-cut-from-the garden blooms, adorn the garden trellis.

Here again, the flowers come from the invitation design.
